I'm not a photographer. I wouldn't even call myself an amateur photographer. Furthermore, I'm even a little bit embarrassed to list "photography" as a hobby on online profile forms. I just like taking pictures with my simple point and shoot camera. That's all.
All of my pictures tend to be too yellow or too grainy--and I tend to get carried away with saturation and contrast during editing. I don't know anything about lighting, composition or apa apu aperture. But I do know one thing. A border and watermark can turn an okay picture into one that's not so bad.
Thank goodness for photoshop.
Don't apologize for your interest. This is a good photo, retouched and all. I look forward to seeing more of your work.
ReplyDeleteThats cool!!
ReplyDeleteI am addicted to Picassa~
this is a awesome picture!
ReplyDeleteI ALways enjoy your pictures. If you enjoy taking them, all the better! :)
ReplyDeleteHey, as long as you love it, you don't need to apologize! That's how the so called "professional" photographers started out!
ReplyDeleteGirl, who are you kiddin'? That picture is awesome! I love taking pictures too, but I haven't a clue what I am doing. Clueless is okay in some situations...like takin' pitchers!
ReplyDeleteAll your photos are very good (esp. food!), so I wonder what you could do with a fancy schmancy camera!
ReplyDeleteI always go crazy and ruin pics with editing! Yours looks great!
ReplyDeleteLooks great!! Love the color!!
ReplyDeleteIt's as if the sun was setting on it. Was it? I love it!
ReplyDeleteThat looks great. I have barely used photoshop, what a shame! I love photographs though and take tons so I dream of someday learning "real" photography. I did take two semesters of photography in high school but I remember focusing on dark room procedures and developing more than the best shot. We did talk about apertures but I don't remember much! I will just have to add it to my bucket list :-)
ReplyDeleteI think that photograph is GORGEOUS!
ReplyDeletewow, that's a fantastic picture!
