When Arkansas lost to Georgia last Saturday, I immediately went out and bought this ice cream to drown my sorrows. It made me feel much better. OHEMGEE, this is good ice cream! It has lots of cookie dough and chunks of chocolate running throughout the vanilla ice cream. The best part, though, is the ooey, gooey swirls of batter. Yum. I have a feeling that after Arkansas plays Alabama today, I'm going to need another pick me up. And I'm looking forward to it.
And while this ice cream is awesome, it's not my all-time favorite. That honor goes to Blue Bunny's White Fudge Almond Divinity. Yes, it's as good as it sounds. It was only a limited time kind of thing back in 2002 and I'm still mourning the loss.
I've never written my local government to lobby for pay raises for police, I've never written my congressman to complain about high gas prices, and I've never written the President to complain about the healthcare situation. I have written to Blue Bunny and begged them to bring back my beloved White Fudge Almond Divinity.
Priorities, people.

ReplyDeleteI hope you plan to celebrate with ice cream, too, should things go well. If you only have ice cream for the losses, you may start to associate sad feelings with ice cream. That wouldn't be at all good.
BTW, I wrote a thank-you blog post to you today. While I drank a nice cup of tea in lovely new mug!

i forgot all about ali, aliens eat ben and jeryy ice cream, did you know that????when i had my interview for possible transprtation off the orb, they asked me if i was an ice cream eter, and i said i don't think that much, so they told me they wouldn't take me....go figure
